Demonstrating its commitment to providing innovative Microwave shell drying solutions for Investment Casting Community JHC has an in-house demo & test room at the company’s headquarter in Maebashi, Japan.
The facility features a state-of-the-art demo and test lab functions where JHC customers can carry their own samples and observe the drying process by JHC’s proprietary Microwave Shell Drying System in action, and examine possibilities for drying time, drying consistency and customizable program modules for the best production efficiency.
JHC welcomes guests from Investment Casting Industry to JHC in Maebashi, Japan.
Since it’s opened there were already more than a few large and also high volume casters in Asia Pacific Regions including ones in Japan visited us and tested their own samples. Some purposely brought the molds with highly complex cavities for testing our system capabilities as well. Also after the test customer can talk to our engineering team for foundry layout and the most efficient production flow.
